Keep a live automation useful without becoming its operator.

I monitor, maintain and recover the agreed technical process. Business changes come back to you as decisions instead of quietly changing the system.

The automation is live. Somebody still needs to notice when ‘running’ stops meaning ‘correct’.

A connection can show green while a field has changed, a record is incomplete or a task reaches the wrong person. The process looks healthy from the tool and fails in the business.

Process Care gives the agreed system a technical owner. I watch the chosen signals, handle routine maintenance and follow the recovery route. A changed business promise is a new decision and engagement.

Processes with this shape

  • Verify the business result after a successful software run
  • Recover failed or partially completed cases
  • Maintain credentials, fields and routine provider changes
  • Keep operating and recovery notes current
  • Flag business changes before they become silent system changes

A useful watch point proves the business result behind the software run.

A successful run can still leave the business with a partial case. Care follows the result through to a safe finish.

  1. ExpectedThe complete record reaches the delivery owner once.
  2. ObservedThe workflow ran, but the destination rejected one required field.
  3. RecoveredThe case is held, corrected and resumed without creating a duplicate.
  4. DecidedIf the field reflects a new business rule, the change returns to you before the system is altered.

When this engagement fits

The repeated work should already be real enough to examine.

  • A live process supports client or internal work
  • A silent failure would cause missed work or poor service
  • Permissions, tools, fields or volumes will change
  • You want one technical owner for the agreed system

How the engagement moves

Monthly after launch. Response expectations and critical hours are agreed for the process; this is not a general IT support desk.

What leaves the engagement

Each item has a use after the conversation ends. The proposal turns it into a specific delivery and acceptance condition.

  • Checks on the agreed completion and failure signals
  • A known route for incidents and recovery
  • Routine maintenance inside the written care boundary
  • A record of technical changes that affect the process
  • A clear call when a new business decision or Build is needed

Fee, pace and additions stay explicit

Typical fee
€350–€950 per month, per live process
Pace
Monthly after launch. Response expectations and critical hours are agreed for the process; this is not a general IT support desk.
Provider costs
Licences, hosting and usage charges stay visible and are paid directly by you where possible.
New additions
A new rule, branch, integration, process or feature is a separate engagement.

Care for a system I did not build starts with a €900–€1,800 technical and operating review.

What I need, and what counts as done

From you

  • A live process that can be inspected and documented
  • Permission to monitor its agreed technical signals
  • Current account owners and a business contact for decisions
  • Notice when the offer, team, rules or providers change

Acceptance

  • The watched signals and care boundary are written down
  • Recovery responsibility and response expectations are clear
  • Routine technical maintenance has one owner
  • You can leave with current operating and recovery notes
Scope boundary

Care covers maintenance and recovery within the process and operating parameters named in the agreement. It cannot guarantee a third-party provider's availability. New functionality and business-rule changes are separate engagements.

Bring me one recent case.

A rough message is enough for a first fit check. I will tell you if the useful next step is smaller than this engagement.
